American Ballet Theatre principal and artist director of Cirio Collective, Jeffrey Cirio, will share some of his newest work for the company, a pas de deux choreographed by Boston Ballet principal Paulo Arris, and discuss what it's like to work with a collective of friends. Both new works will debut in full at Cape Dance Festival 2016 on Saturday July 23rd, 6 PM. Click here for tickets

An all-new feature of the Cape Dance Festival is our “Family Week” matinee. This 45-minute performance will be part of the Family Equity Council's Family Week, the largest annual gathering of lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer-identified parents and their families in the world. Kids 18 and under will be admitted for FREE with an accompanying adult. Click here for tickets

Line-Up Includes: The beloved Project Moves Dance Company, a dance company comprised of young people bringing a powerful message of inclusion, also a Cape Dance Festival regular, will be featured on this program. Other works include "Hamhock and Tenderloin" choreographed by UMass Amherst chair Tom Vacanti, performed by Vacanti Ballets, and a selection by Boston-based tapper Ryan Casey and his company.
