June 2020

Message to our audience and supporters,
We hope you are alright under these very tough and ever-changing times. As we watch the latest current events in our country and around the world, our hearts go out especially to those who could use some art and beauty as inspiration right about now. Have a look at Daniel Madoff's beautiful video montage of Cape Dance Festival 2019, here. We hope you enjoy it.
Sadly CAPE DANCE FESTIVAL 2020 activities are officially canceled due to unpredictability of the COVID 19 virus. It is a heartwrenching decision but the health and safety of the artists, our audience, and staff is our priority. This would have been our 8th season.
We do have a few digital ideas in our back pocket so keep us on your radar. We are fundraising for these projects so please consider giving to Cape Dance Festival even though there will not be a live performance in Provincetown this year. If we have the interest and support needed, we can offer live stream and prerecorded premieres of some amazing works.

Cape Dance Festival was conceived by two longtime performing arts professionals, Stacey-Jo Marine and Liz Wolff, whose passion for dance and ability to organize arts and media events has been proven over their twenty five -year career span. Co-founder Liz Wolff says, "We are seeking to form community relationships through the enjoyment of dance and are dedicated to bringing world-class dance to the residents and visitors of Cape Cod through education, altruism, and performance."
